Do I own the website?
Yes. It's your shop's site on your domain. If you ever want to leave, you can take your files with you.
What happens after the first year?
Hosting for the first year is included in the $397. After that it's $29/mo, which covers hosting plus small edits. Or you can take your files and host them yourself. No pressure either way.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. On the $29/mo plan, small edits like new hours, a new service, or a phone number change are included. Just email me what you want changed.
Do I get an email address?
I set up an email address on your domain (like you@yourshop.com). The mailbox itself costs about $6–7/mo per inbox from the email provider, and that isn't part of the $29.
Can customers book appointments?
If you want, I'll add a booking button that links to a Google appointment page or Calendly. It's optional.
What do you need from me?
Just your shop name to start. I'll build a draft from your Google or Facebook info, and you tell me what to fix. Photos, logos, or a list of services help but aren't required.
How do I pay?
Payment is by secure card link.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
I can't promise rankings. Nobody honest can. What you do get is a real website that customers can find, read on their phone, and call you from.
